Overall, our experience with The Pencil Advertising was very positive. If we were to suggest any area for improvement, it would be to provide slightly more detailed regular reports on campaign performance.

That said, their responsiveness and proactive approach meant that even without highly detailed reports, we always knew the progress and results. This is a minor point in an otherwise excellent collaboration.
