I own a moving company, a marketing company, and t-shirt printing company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Pellucid Solution?

They work on projects for all three of my companies. For my moving company, they’re building a review website that provides leads and gives me better control in the market.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They've built landing pages for all three companies, but their primary project is for the review website I mentioned. It's a large project, and they're working through some bugs before we go live. They do a lot of SEO work and strategy for the site, they also led design and the front- and backend development.

They added a lot of content, and the entire site includes 40,000-50,000 pages. They're pre-populating everything with custom data for each profile in an effort to improve SEO before we go live. The site is built in Magento, and it allows users to request quotes or leave reviews for the companies they use. Those reviews appear in search results when potential customers look for those companies. We have access to all the information that comes through the platform to use for lead generation or data sales.

What is the team composition?

I work with three individuals: a developer, a designer, and a main point of contact.

How did you come to work with Pellucid Solution?

I ran a worldwide AdWords campaign for marketing with my other company. Pellucid found an ad we placed. We created a campaign for them and learned more about their services. I decided to hire them for this project based on that knowledge.

What is the status of this engagement?

Their work on this project started in May 2019 and is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The site is impeccable. They're very good at what they do, and I like everything about what they've completed so far. There are options for users to search for companies by state or by city, and we've uploaded over 4,600 cities and over 40,000. In spite of all that information, the site is still extremely user-friendly, and the interface is easy to comprehend. It covers all the data it's meant to.

How did Pellucid Solution perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management is awesome. We don't use any tools to manage the project, and most of our communication is through phone and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They are great designers, and they're wonderful with small details. Their designs are welcoming and easy to navigate, and they give users the confidence to leave a review. It gives us more leverage to sell leads to various moving companies.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Their work is perfect, and there's nothing I think they could improve.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Provide information about your goals and what you hope to accomplish. Give them exactly what you want, and they'll deliver. I've already referred them three times, and we plan to partner up with them in the future.
