I am the owner of a bicycle shop and workshop, it is a one-person company

I hired the above-mentioned company to create a website where my customers will be able to find all the most important information about my store

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I chose this company because they are a young and energetic team that was very interested to create a new project for me

The whole project is quite simple, we only needed 3 meetings and a few telephone and e-mail consultations, they offered me a number of solutions from which I chose the most suitable options for me

2 or 3 people worked on my website. I kept in touch with the owner of the company, I am not able to provide their positions

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

My website is popular, I have noticed a several % increase in redirects from my company profile to my website

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Contact with the owners of the company is really good, they are available and respond quickly to messages

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

My site was the first major production of their company, I think that their biggest advantage is the fact that they are constantly gaining new knowledge and want to develop in order to provide the best service for their clients. I liked the fact that they were really patient when answering my questions.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I have no opinion on what they could improve
