Pebble IT is a managed IT support and cyber security provider based in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire, supporting businesses of 10 or more users across Hertfordshire, Essex and London. We run a single all-inclusive support plan rather than tiered packages.
Every client gets unlimited remote helpdesk support, onboarding and offboarding, device management and patching, proactive monitoring, enterprise email security, browser protection and Microsoft 365 cloud backups running multiple times a day with full reporting. 24/7 managed detection and response is included as standard through Huntress's human-staffed security operations centre, covering both endpoints and Microsoft 365 identities.
Security is never an optional extra a business can accidentally opt out of. We're Cyber Essentials Plus certified and guide clients through their own Cyber Essentials and CE Plus certifications, including remediation work where needed.
Alongside the core plan we handle Microsoft 365 migrations and licensing, backup and disaster recovery with automatically verified server backups, VoIP phone systems, leased lines with Starlink failover, network and WiFi design for offices up to 200 users, and IT strategy.
Project work includes a 400-user VoIP rollout delivered at short notice with full documented handover to the internal team.
Every client gets a dedicated account manager, in-person onboarding, full documentation of their environment, monthly reviews covering Secure Score and recurring issues, and quarterly business reviews. All of it is included in the plan, none of it is billed as consultancy days.
Our Google rating is 5.0 across 25+ reviews. We're a local firm you can actually visit, on Pindar Road in Hoddesdon, with live network monitoring running in the office. If you want an IT partner you can see and speak to rather than a ticket queue, that's the whole point of us.

Pebble IT was founded by Jason Patey, who has spent over 20 years in IT and got tired of watching providers sell security as an optional extra. So we built one plan where protection comes as standard, and every client gets the same level of care whether they have 10 users or 200. We're a small team based in Hoddesdon who answer the phone, explain things without jargon, and treat every question as worth asking. Clients tell us we feel like an extension of their team. That's the job done properly.
