The agency
We help UK brands grow sales on TikTok Shop through affiliate creator campaigns, TikTok LIVE shopping from our London studio, GMV Max and Spark Ads, and day-to-day shop management. Published results include The Antidotes (£888,731 in revenue), Qleen (£0 to £5k a day in 60 days with no ad spend), Vita Bright (£43,160 in revenue in 60 days from a cold start) and Ballers Bank UK (£132,043 in GMV from TikTok LIVE in 9 weeks).
Lumo, our platform
Lumo (lumoplatform.ai) is the software behind the agency, and brands can also use it directly. It runs a creator affiliate programme end to end. FitScore ranks 500,000+ indexed creators by predicted conversion for a product. Outreach goes out with automatic follow-ups until creators reply. A nine-stage pipeline tracks every creator and sample from first contact to revenue, and an AI strategist flags what changed and what to do next.
Agentic builds
We are also building AI agent systems that run the day-to-day work of a TikTok Shop for a brand, from creator activation and samples to reporting and ad checks, with a person approving each change. Brands can have us run the system for them as a managed service, or license it to run in their own stack.
Who we are
Our co-founders are Tom Stanley, a former TikTok employee, Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser, and Sahil Patel. We are a small team that sits where agency operations and product meet: the people building Lumo and our agents work alongside the people running client shops every day.

Our Story
