PDX Information Technology Services (PDX IT) is a managed IT provider based in Tualatin, Oregon, serving small and mid-size businesses from Hillsboro and Beaverton to Gresham, Wilsonville and Vancouver, WA. We handle day-to-day IT support and help desk, managed cybersecurity, HIPAA and compliance support, backup and disaster recovery, and VoIP under flat monthly managed services plans starting at $100 per user per month. We work only under managed services agreements, not one-off break-fix jobs. For medical, dental and therapy offices, we will sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) when your practice asks for one. On-site visits carry no trip fee anywhere in our service area.
