Patricio Baliña - Diseño y Desarrollo Web

Patricio Baliña is a senior web designer with more than 10 years of experience. He designs and builds fast, clear websites for companies, startups, independent professionals, and agencies. The work has one goal: turn visitors into customers.

Web design and local SEO are part of the same project, not two separate add-ons. A new site is planned so it can rank and load quickly from the first version. An existing site can be audited and improved without a full rebuild.

Services

Custom WordPress sites. Editable by the client, fast, and built for search. Clean themes, no generic templates, and an admin panel for updating text, images, and products without code. A landing page can be ready in 1 to 2 weeks. A full WordPress site usually takes 3 to 6 weeks.

Frontend with React and Astro. Accessible interfaces, ready for production, with semantic and responsive code. This is the better fit when the priority is speed, scale, or complex integrations. WordPress is the better fit when the client needs to publish often or run a store.

UI/UX focused on conversion. Interfaces designed in Figma, with a defined user journey, so the page is clear and aligned with the commercial goal.

Technical SEO and performance. Audits of technical SEO, site structure, and loading speed, including Core Web Vitals. Local SEO for businesses that want to appear in Google Maps and in searches from their area.

Elementor, Framer, and Webflow are used when they save time, always with an original design.

How a project runs

1. Analysis of goals, audience, and technical requirements.
2. A proposal with technologies, timeline, and scope.
3. The build, with clean code, frequent check-ins, and direct communication.
4. Handoff of a tested, documented site, plus post-launch support. Maintenance is available when the project needs it.

He works as a senior freelancer and brings in designers, backend developers, or marketing specialists when a project needs them.
