PassPro is a citizenship by investment advisory operating between Dubai and the Caribbean, licensed as Authorized Agent across all five active Caribbean CBI programmes: the Commonwealth of Dominica (CBIU), Antigua and Barbuda (CIP), the Federation of St Kitts and Nevis (CIU), Grenada (IMAG), and Saint Lucia (CIP).

PassPro was founded in 2016 by Giselle Bru, Founder and Managing Director, whose personal practice in investment migration began in 2009. The advisory is headquartered i Dubai and maintains direct operatiing relationships with each Caribbean Citizenship by Investment Unit. Over 17 years of practice, Giselle and the PassPro team have processed approvals for principals from 45 nationalities, with the largest cohorts from the GCC, MENA, South Asia, and East Africa.

PassPro advises on every approved investment route - government contribution funds, approved real estate, enterprise investment, and government bonds - matching each principal to the route that fits their profile, not the route that cloest fastest. 

Recommendations are anchored in the principal profile and the published CIU regulation - never in which programme closes fastest or which developer offers the largest agent march. Every file is screened before submission under OECD, FATF, AML and KYC alignment. Restricted-nationality screening is performed before any fee or route is discussed.
