A case on PARIKH FINANCIAL began by identifying our business features and learning about our revenue plans. Then, based on this identified pattern, they worked out how each of us required services and set us up. They already knew who we were and what we did.

They now help with filing taxes, deciding budgets, performing financial audits, and handling day-to-day accounting. They are also operators of our cash flow, POS, and all those other complex business operations. We’ve given them shadow access to bank accounts. They use QuickBooks to flag things and create financial reports. They also have a secure interface from their website.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

PARIKH FINANCIAL offers good quality service at rather affordable rates. We are still a start-up company, and therefore, we do not record daily achievements. Still, I have experience in compliance, so I understand how documentation works; such tasks are not easy and require concentration. 
While I can’t bring numbers, I know what it means to deliver great work, and they are great. I can let their side of the business rest easy that highly competent individuals handle it. 

Besides, there must be a minimum of customer security and cyberspace protection since we work with valuable information, which they have.

PARIKH FINANCIAL solution is proactive, and it communicates through e-mail updates. They also provide summary reports either by email or via the client portal, and I can get the full report. 

We have a dedicated senior employee for a particular account and another employee in charge of the constant work in the account. They produce information in the flow and frequently contribute useful information. Sometimes, when I make a decision they advise against, later on, I wish I had paid attention to them in the first place.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What I find most inspiring about them is their flexibility and willingness to develop. Employment relations professionals are eager to go above and beyond, and there are no concerns about whether some chore neatly fits into their paradigm.

I also have no issues with their work; I only wonder if there are some things they could do even better. One thing I realize they cannot add to my beauty is nothing much.

In comparison to previous accounting companies, PARIKH FINANCIAL definitely cares about our success. What used to take weeks of frustrating and delayed email correspondence is now dealt with in a simple and timely text/email message exchange. They also have simplified taxes and demystified a lot of the process, which is something that I've never experienced before. 

RAVI have not only been incredibly helpful, but they're helping me save thousands in taxes by providing me with proper tax knowledge strategy!

The personal touch. I have two people that I'm in direct contact with that can help me with all of my accounting needs whereas in prior firms, I would have "access" to a general team. But since everyone was "responsible" for my account, it seems as though no one was responsible. They are incredibly on top of things and always available for anything and everything!

Parikh Finacial offers complete bookkeeping services. Regarding the many companies we service, the precise duties range from client to customer. They take care of bank reconciliations, payables, and receivables. They track submission of credit card receipts and expenditure reports. Although I handle payroll personally, I have a feeling they would be just as capable.

The first level of interaction we had was with a trial subscription which enables a company to sample their services. These are now embracing everything ranging from bookkeeping, taxation, planning, advisory services, consulting, as well as even maintaining business websites.

This team sits with us on a monthly basis where we are made abreast with everything to do with accounting. They also inform me of new or current laws in the financial anf tax fields — they do a good job in alerting me to those.

They had called us from PARIKH FINANCIAL to know our short term objectives and our targets for the next five years. They have asked me questions on various angles of my business, which I could never have come up with on my own. What matters most in business are majoring not to have problems with the IRS, paying the taxes on time, having the site online always, formulating business plan, and updating it with new laws. All that has been done by PARIKH FINANCIAL and to top it up, they have given me peace of mind.

Word of mouth is nice but I think it’s better off doing your own knowledge and searching what’s better for you. The fact is that every company is unique; therefore, something that is effective in my case may not be effective for the other party. On the plus side of them, they will sit with you and ask you of your goals and plans for further assistance.
