Paravest was founded by Rockwell Hopkins and David Heath, with Gerald Ford as its Principal financial partner. Acting in the best interest of our investor partners, Paravest seeks to provide opportunities to co-invest with experienced real estate operators in a diversified portfolio of property types located throughout the United States. Our strategy is based on both top-down economic analysis as well as in-depth local market knowledge.
