Parallel Perspective is an executive coaching and leadership development practice based in Sydney, Australia, working with senior leaders, executives and organisations across Australia and internationally.
Founded by executive coach Andrew May, Parallel Perspective helps leaders build clarity, confidence and capability at pivotal points in their careers and leadership journeys.
Andrew brings more than 15 years of senior commercial, marketing and growth leadership experience across established global organisations and high-growth businesses. Before founding Parallel Perspective, he was part of the founding team and Chief Growth Officer at v2food, and previously held senior roles with PepsiCo across Australia and Asia and with Sara Lee.
Parallel Perspective provides executive coaching, leadership development, career transition coaching, executive partnership and tailored workshops and facilitation. Engagements range from focused individual coaching through to longer-term development programs for leaders and organisation-sponsored coaching.
The approach combines real-world executive experience with professional coaching practice, creating space for leaders to step outside the day-to-day, challenge their perspective and turn insight into meaningful action.
Coaching is available in Sydney and via video across Australia and internationally.
