Paradee Financial LLC

W. Charles Paradee, III (known as "Trey" to his friends and family) was born and raised in Kent County, Delaware. Trey is the descendant of more than 10 generations of the Paradee family who settled in Delaware in the mid-1600s. Trey attended the University of Delaware, where he earned a BA and an MBA. Throughout his childhood and following college, Trey worked for his father's business, Paradee Gas Company. Following the sale of Paradee Gas Company in 2000, Trey was recruited by Merrill Lynch to work as a financial advisor in its Dover office. In 2003, Trey left Merrill Lynch to open an investment office for Edward Jones Investments. Trey Paradee founded Paradee Financial in October 2011.



Following a longstanding family tradition, Trey has been involved in numerous community activities. He currently serves on the executive committee for the Boy Scouts of America, Del-Mar-Va Council. He has served for several years as a special trustee for the Delaware Technical and Community College Educational Foundation and serves on the college's Terry Campus Development Council. He is a past board member of the Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce. He has served as a mentor for the Boys and Girls Club. He has served on numerous committees to organize local charitable events and coached youth lacrosse for several seasons with the Camden Midstate Lacrosse Club.
