The firm's core value proposition is the translation of political logic into business logic. Panoram closes that gap by applying intelligence tradecraft to Colombian political analysis and delivering committed, falsifiable assessments that clients can act on.
Panoram does not produce news summaries, macroeconomic forecasts, or ideological commentary. Every product contains a working scenario: a stated analytical position on the most probable political outcome, expressed with a probability assessment and a time horizon, alongside the observable triggers that would cause that position to be revised. Clients receive not only a judgment but the mechanism behind it and the conditions under which it would change.
The firm offers four products: the Panoram Report, a monthly political intelligence publication; the Panoram Briefing, a live analytical session with a written companion delivered after the session; the Panoram Field Note, an event-driven assessment issued when a specific development requires client attention outside the regular schedule; and the Panoram Special Report, a standalone publication for moments of concentrated political consequence.

Our Story
Most political risk analysis is written from the outside looking in. Ours isn't. Federico Hoyos brings fifteen years at the senior levels of Colombian government, having served as a Member of Congress, Ambassador, and Presidential Advisor. Gregorio Restrepo has spent seven years across Colombia's public, private, and social sectors. Between them, they have seen how political decisions are actually made, and by whom. Panoram exists to make that knowledge useful xecutives with real exposure.
