We checked their Clutch profile and found out that Pangolin worked with famous brands like Burger King, Domino’s, etc. So we chose them.

They made UX/UI design from scratch. First, we discussed how we wanted the website to look, and then the UI/UX designer provided us with some examples of different sites, then she created a few options of wireframes for us. We picked one, and the designer made other pages. Also, we asked for copywriting for our site, so Pangolin helped us with content too.

There were 1 UI/UX designer and 1 copywriter.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Not for now. But we are sure that the user experience will be perfect.

The team was friendly and open to our ideas. We had everyday communication in Slack. All team members replied quickly and did their best to meet our needs.

The range of work was massive. The team needed to analyze all our business processes, find our weak spots, collect all the information, develop the software, make necessary integrations and provide tests to ensure everything was working just right. What's about the tech stack: we used Python; frontend was developed on React, and the system itself – Qlik Sense.

Pangolin Dev provided us with a project manager, 1 UI/UX designer, 2 senior Python developers, 2 senior React developers, 1 BI developer, and 1 Business analyst.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The project is still going, but we already see improvements: with proper analytics, the customer traffic increased by 4% – it's an incredible number for us.

We receive all the necessary information in time on weekly demo calls and daily calls with the team. Also, we have constant contact with the project manager on Slack and other messengers – we can come to him with questions and suggestions, sometimes even out of business hours, and he replies quickly.

We are impressed with the excellent time management and team effectiveness! They planned everything – and met every deadline. In addition, every person on the team is so professional and friendly that we can go to them literally with everything – they are incredibly helpful.

Nothing that we can suggest. They are professional and do their job. We're thankful to them a lot.

Our company needed a functional website with in-build payments, user accounts, a fancy online catalog, and other features connected with quick access to the support team and fashion team.

We found their website and felt that their business approach fantastically fits us: as the leading luxury fashion retailer in Ukraine. We wanted our vendor to have a similar view on business and ensure that we would be on the same page throughout the development process. In addition, their portfolio was quite persuasive: if they worked with enterprises, they would understand all our business specifics as well, so we decided to try them. After the negotiations, we were utterly convinced of their professionalism and hired them.

It was the website development from scratch, so much work was needed. First, we discussed how we wanted the website to look, and then UI/UX Designer made all the visuals. After that, the team, working with React JS and PHP, built the website architecture and implemented all the features essential to e-commerce. Also, we updated some information on our pages to reflect more on our services.

We met the team weekly on demo calls and could reach them every day via messengers and Slack. The project manager kept us updated and calm, and we could even bother him outside of business hours – he replied quickly and was super helpful in problem-solving.

Their attitude to work touched us deeply. Every step: consulting, pricing negotiations, development – everything was with great attention to detail and massive support. We needed software to help increase our efficiency, so the first part was software development. Next, we went to the implementation and testing. PangolinDev provided all the necessary implementations that allowed us to collect the information from our databases in one place and track what is going on at each step of our supply chain and where our trucks are in real time.

We increased our productivity by 37%, benefiting a lot, first of all, in time measures: now the truck loading process goes faster, and also due to newfound (thanks to the soft) routes we saved days on shipping.
