We started with a call where we discussed our PPC goals. Then they did research to find out more about our local market, target audience, competitors, etc. First, they sent us the results of the research. Then, we received another report with the keywords to target and ready ad copies.

We made several minor corrections in the copies and sent them back. After that, they launched our campaign. The ads started to bring traffic from the very first day. In a few days, we got our first online bookings from people who clicked the ads.

Then, they provided us with keywords and explained the basic rules of writing ad copies (in fact, they can do it themselves but we chose to write ads on our own). Once we sent them the ad copies, they launched our campaign. During the first two weeks, their PPC specialist closely monitored KPIs to obtain insights on how our campaign could be improved — drive more conversions while decreasing our PPC expenses.

The PPC specialist sent us the report with screenshots showing how the metrics had been changing during the first two weeks, which was followed by a video call where she explained the report in detail as well as her next steps. The new settings helped drive better results. The process takes place over and over, she analyzes metrics and adjusts the campaign
