Our team needed an MVP to be completed. We reached out to Palm Infotech where we met Tejas and his team. After initial analysis of the project, they informed us on timeline, goals, and solutions to problems we may face. We were able to track their progress and were impressed by the effort and strong communications the team presented. The app was a new concept with new features so we relied heavily on Palm Infotech's expertise on the matter which they delivered.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The mobile app did have feature and a concept we did not know would succeed or not. Being able to communicate to a developer with a strong background in app development and great communication skills is key. Although we were in separate countries and timezones, the company did not make that issue seem relevant.
The next key element was daily updates via email that provided thorough detail on tasks that were completed and tasks that would be completed. It provided a great understanding for me and my team and helped allow us to follow the project much better.

The project management was phenomenal. When you have someone with great interpersonal skills such as Tejas who also deeply cares about your project, it makes the project run at a much smoother pace. Response times were excellent and Tejas was always open via phone or email to discuss any matter related to the project.
Within the first few days of the project, we received analysis on costs, timelines, and how many hours the project required. Any features we also wanted to implement Tejas would suggest how much it would cost and whether it should be implemented to an MVP, a key asset our team truly appreciated. Palm tech developer fixed all of them. Additional bugfixes and changes were discovered after the first delivery which palm tech fixed them all too. Now we need to finalize and publish the app on app store and google play.

What was the scope of their involvement?
Palm Infotech designed and developed our marketplace platform application for iOS and Android. First, we gave them the requirements, and they gave us a couple of suggestions. The first milestone was the design and the login feature. On the customer side, they designed how to manage the dashboard, how the customer views the kitchens, and the order placement logic. On the kitchen side, they designed how users manage their orders and set up their profiles.
The team has also built an admin panel where we can approve kitchens and track how many customers and users we have on the app. Palm Infotech provides us with support and updates on the application. Currently, the team is helping with the website.
What is the team composition?
We interact with three teammates from Palm Infotech, and they have a team under them.

Palm Infotech’s quality of work is very satisfactory. The app is live, and our ratings on the App Store and the Google Play Store are 4.8 and 4.9, respectively. We have more than 1,200 users on the app who have had no trouble with usability. Of our user base, 20% of users are from the US, 20% are from India, and 10% are from Canada.
The team delivers their goals on the deadlines we set for them, which we agreed to at the start of the project. If we need tweaks, they expedite those requests for us and try to do it before launching. They’re also very flexible. Overall, Palm Infotech does what they’re supposed to and what we ask them to do.
