I am the marketing manager at On-Demand Rentals. We rent fuel storage tanks for diesel and gasoline.

We hired Civono to improve our online presence. Our goal was to increase our website visits, and get more of our visitors to turn into leads.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We chose this company based on their previous results with another company. We had tried multiple other companies and got little to no results.

First, we went through each area that would affect our online presence. This started with our website optimization, and then our presence on other websites (backlinks). Second, we spent multiple hours improving our website to be more Google Friendly. We had a weekly meeting to ensure that we were keeping on track with our goals.

We worked with one resource, the CEO.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Yes, the measurable outcomes are: Our website visits have nearly doubled in the past 6 months, & our lead volume from the website has increased.

We had weekly or bi-weekly meetings to make sure we were on the same page and ensure we were getting improvements in our results.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are a well-rounded marketing company. They have a lot of knowledge in marketing.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing that I can think of.
