Our main interaction was with their project manager. We also had direct lines of communication with the programming team to occasionally ask questions and refine designs.

Sprints are being delivered on time and stakeholders are happy.

How effective was the project management?

We use Visual Studio Team Services, MS Teams, and Skype to make communication easier. We initially experienced some language issues but these have reduced dramatically over time.

There’s nothing too critical. Perhaps some training for their team in agile methodologies would have helped at the start.

Meet the Team

Chris Lojniewski is the CEO and founder of Pagepro. Since 2016, he has helped companies in the UK and US migrate from legacy CMS platforms to fast, scalable solutions built to grow with them. He is also a Vercel v0 Ambassador and a Sanity Pioneer.

Jakub Dakowicz is the CTO of Pagepro and the mind behind Nexity, its Next.js and Sanity migration framework. He leads client migrations from legacy CMS platforms and is shaping how the team builds software with AI-assisted development.

Mike Wigda is the Chief Delivery Officer at Pagepro. He leads the project management team and builds the delivery process behind every Nexity migration. He works closely with clients to keep scope, budget and deadlines under control.
