• We noticed improved order delivery time (from 4 processing days to 24 hours processing time) so it improved overall order to delviery time. It dropped from 7 days to 3 days

The team is very impressive at communication and speed. Especially the attitude towards work, understanding and solving problems. I did not had to spend too much time on providing the requirements, they are really good at understanding the my business needs.
I am really impressed with these guys and they delivered my work before the deadline. So I am working on some new projects with Oxlabs as well.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I must say they are really good at communication and speed of work delivery. Most importantly, how quickly they understand my business needs. And implemented the latest strategies in my sales pipeline.
Their team is really professional and easy to work with. I did not had to followup for my work, they sent regular updates and delivered in time. I mean they are really awesome! 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Oxlabs could have done differently?

Overall great experience and I have not experienced anything like this but maybe some improvement could include more detailed analytics of work report. But qulaity and professionalism is amazing.
