Scope of Work: OWN provides us end-to-end Odoo consulting and implementation services, starting with Discovery & Analysis to assess business processes and ERP gaps, followed by Solution Design to select and structure the right Odoo modules. We handle System Configuration & Customization, Data Migration from legacy systems, and Third-Party Integrations to ensure a seamless, fully connected ERP environment. The project includes Testing & User Training to ensure adoption and system stability, concluding with Go-Live & Post-Implementation Support to guarantee smooth operations and continuous optimization.

Measurable Outcomes: The project resulted in a fully deployed Odoo ERP system that replaced the legacy platform, reducing manual processes by over 40%, improving data accuracy and reporting reliability, and increasing operational efficiency across core departments. System adoption was achieved within the first 30 days, with users successfully trained and onboarded.
