I’m the manager of a liquor and spirits company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Ovlivion Mkt?

I needed help with a photography project. The project’s purpose was to showcase new ways of drinking and serving cocktails.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Ovlivion Mkt provided photography services for us. I explained the main purpose of the project and they gave me multiple proposals. They gave me options for venues.

Their team was responsible for taking all of the photos. The photos were then used to present more options in order to accelerate some new drinks prepared with different liquors and spirits. We at first only used the photos internally.

What is the team composition?

We worked with the owner and an assistant who helped with everything.

How did you come to work with Ovlivion Mkt?

I was looking on Instagram and found them there. I saw the pictures and videos they’ve done and asked them for a price. I only looked at one other company.

How much have you invested with them?

We have invested $1,200.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together in October 2020. We worked together for four days.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We had really good experience working with them. The quality of their photos is incredible. It was very important to show very clear images because our project was about visual things like exhibitions, drinking, way of drinking, etc.

We used the photos for my team as well as for the trade marketing team to promote new drinking. The quality was our most important metric. I’m surprised with the quality of the camera.

How did Ovlivion Mkt perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management was perfect. I was in a hurry during the last part of the project, and they told me they were working very late the last day in order to give me everything.

We first communicated on Instagram. I wanted to make sure they were an established company. Then we started to communicate via phone. They’re very friendly, nice, and polite.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They gave me options and delivered quality photos. They even worked extra hours to deliver everything I wanted. The owner is very strong.

I received a very professional, final product. The quality of the photos was awesome. Some marketing people inside our company asked me for their personal phone number and email because they see the quality of the final product.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, everything was great.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Go to them with an idea and try to be open-minded. They have different ideas that are very great. They’re very creative.

We hired them to do marketing videos for us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Ovlivion Mkt created videos for us, from a brand that we created of a restaurant. I gave the direction of the type of takes that we liked. Then, in the end, they took all the takes and put it together as a story. The whole footage was more of an ambiance and background.

The team also helped us with the video’s music. Their outputs were 1-minute and 2-minute films.

We worked with one person from Ovlivion.

How did you come to work with Ovlivion Mkt?

We had some friends in common and it was the reason why we partnered with them. 

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $300–$400 for each video.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement ran from January 2019–December 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We were satisfied with their work and it was shown on our premises. We didn’t get a lot of feedback, only from acquaintances. 

How did Ovlivion Mkt perform from a project management standpoint?

Once we were done with the takes, we would often talk the next day to talk about the progress of their work. Overall, everything was very fast. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

We highly acknowledge that their work was done professionally. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, we were pleased with what they did.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

They may need to acquire other assets since they’re a growing company including additional equipment — maybe they could have multiple cameras and other items.
