Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the Head of Ducati brand in Volkswagen Group Russia.

For what projects/services did your company hire Outside Digital, and what were your goals?

We needed to develop a new Ducati website for Russian speaking audience, completely identical to the global website ducati.com. We also needed a partner to make updates on the website on yearly basis.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

First of all, Outside Digital are digital partners of VW Group Rus for several years now, most of VW brands work with them if any tech solution is needed

I didn't dive into tech part of development, but the result was great. Global Ducati team also reviewed the website and gave the highest rate to it.

Project manager Dmitry, couple of front-end and one back-end (Don't know if there were any QA specialists)

Best user experience for Ducati customers, up to date information for potential clients.

We had weekly short stand-ups to check the progress, OD delivered the result faster than we agreed

They developed a really good website and provided us full support after.

No, everything was great
