Complete development from scratch, including essential features commonly expected in modern e-learning environments:

• User ID management

• Duplication of the existing platform to make it accessible in a new language for a specific market.

The platform is now up and running, offering an intuitive user experience while meeting the specifications outlined in our initial brief.

There have been occasional minor miscommunications resulting in small discrepancies during the project; however, these were handled promptly and professionally by the team.

Outecho was improving our web application in different ways, including the UX improvements, bug fixes, and developments of completely new application modules/segments. This included wide range of tasks, from those estimated at several person-days, to those estimated of several person-months. They also improved the overall stability of our application, securing its reliability for thousands of our customers.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have been deploying all additions to our software continiously. In total, I believe there were over 20 deployments on production server over one year period. This illustrates agile approach Outecho had in delivering, testing and deploying newly developed features and modules. Everything that was developed functioned well after being deployed, making Outecho, in our experience, a very reliable provider.

Outecho teams were very responsive and were delivering items as agreed and planned.

Responsivness, communication, profesionalism, and being problem-solving oriented. Outecho is not trying to implement any solutions just for the sake of additional work; they were helping us to identify the best solution for our customers even if this would mean less work for them.

Camping Sarajevo is a campsite for tourists visiting Sarajevo.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The scope of work was to build a simple public website that would have an enhanced design and build an internal tool so we can manage reservations/guests easier. 
It was important to keep the reservation very simple due to our customers being campers in different ages and some of them are not so verse with technology.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Simple and clean website (our customers always say it was easy for them to get information and make reservations)
• Increased number of reservations
• Easier guest management using our new internal tool (time saving)
• Made the paperwork more simple 

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

It was super easy to communicate with them. On our first meeting they collected requirements and invested time to understand what we are actually looking for. After the build out their plan it was presented to us and we aligned on all details. They delivered everithing as promised and on time. I know it sounds simple but people tend to overcomplicate it and Outecho has not. In the end we requested a couple of changes and they were open to address them without hesitation.

I would point out three things: 

1. Communication was smooth
2. They delivered what they promissed 
3. They made sure that we are involved all the time
