We hired Other Land to help us improve the overall user experience of our platform. Since our product is sales-led and doesn’t rely on self-serve onboarding, the key challenge was to optimize the initial setup process for new customers and improve how they invite and manage internal users.

The project started with a UX audit and flow mapping. Based on that, Other Land redesigned our core configuration flows — including workspace setup, team member invitations, and role assignment. They also helped us clarify navigation and terminology across the platform to make the experience more intuitive.

Instead of building a new design system from scratch, they improved the visual style within our current system, updating key components and polishing the UI for a more modern and consistent feel.

 The updated UX made the product easier to adopt for new customers and simpler to navigate for existing users. Internal teams reported fewer support requests related to setup and user management, and implementation teams found it easier to onboard new clients.
