OSMO oversaw the creation of our website, the design of the logo and brand, the company profile, business cards, notepads, and folders—in essence, the entire core graphic coordination, executed with exceptional style and sensitivity, complemented by high-quality photographs.

Given that we are a startup with limited resources, they developed templates for PowerPoint presentations, customized graphics for quotes, and business proposals.

From a digital perspective, they supported us in defining an effective communication strategy aimed at clients and managing informational content, in addition to creating templates for video snippets and service presentations on LinkedIn.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• We organized an event with 200 people during which 90 companies provided their contact information.
• We reached approximately 200 followers on LinkedIn.
• We observed a 50% increase in the number of quote requests, with 100% of clients expressing appreciation for our graphic coordination.

Quodo was dreamt up by a small team of engineers working in energy consulting who knew they were doing things differently. We wanted to go further, but this is not an industry which welcomes young challengers kindly. We asked OSMO to help us create our new company and position ourselves as a trustable brand in a complex market, whilst not sacrificing our virtues of youth and innovation.

The management was excellent, especially considering that we were in the COVID period and the possibility of meetings was very limited. We did not experience any issues due to this, and all deliverables were completed on time and in a clear and precise manner.

What I found impressive and unique was the blend and balance between the human, design, and strategic aspects, without sacrificing any of these elements in relation to the quality of service delivered and the image we wanted to convey.

Rebrand the previous identity connected to the founder and outdated in brand voice and positioning and create a brand that could both appeal as trustable and innovative with a playful tone of voice without compromising authority. Being able to explain complex concept to non technical stakeholders while neither patronizing the target neither souding "techsplaining".

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Workshop and intermediate meetings to discuss on the progress, align with values and feedback with visual aids like slides, mockups, rendering until the final release with a formal presentation and the final release of all assets.

The timeline was previously discussed and shared and kept updated along the project executing with timely responses and pro-active updates. The project was conducted with the contribution and creative direction I expected while openly listening and taking in consideration feedback and revies. While the first proposal already greatly fit the briefing the final version reflects company values, expectations and teamwork. Project was delivered on time

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I initially liked their portfolio then I find a great connection with one of the partners I initially spoke via e-mail after my initial contact and therefore the great clienteling and ability to engage with the stakeholder and embrace the project. The work connection easily become a friendly acquaintance after the project release.

I didn't had the impression I would expect something different from the outcome of the project with OSMO
