    Success is defined by clarity and alignment throughout a non-linear process. Early expectations are established around scope, outcomes, and decision-making. As the project evolves, any pivots are identified and structured deliberately, with updated direction and expectations to ensure continued progress toward commercialization.

    Collaboration starts with a discovery call to align on objectives, constraints, and what success looks like. Clear expectations are then established during the proposal stage, including scope, timelines, and decision points. During execution, I run a structured cadence of weekly check-ins to review progress and make decisions, supported by more frequent communication via messaging when required. The goal is to maintain transparency, fast feedback loops, and consistent alignment as the project evolves.

    Engagement begins with a discovery call/meeting to understand the project’s current stage, what has been validated, and where uncertainties remain. A proposal is then developed outlining the next critical phase, along with a directional roadmap toward production. Rather than committing to the full scope upfront, the process is structured in phases. Clients engage one phase at a time, enabling a more controlled, adaptive approach that reflects the realities of product development—where new insights often inform the path forward.
