We think small teams build better software than big ones. That's why we stayed small on purpose.

Orinova is a four-person studio in Kathmandu building web apps for startup founders who want a real engineering partner — not a vendor, and definitely not a pool of faceless contractors. We mostly work in React, Next.js, and Postgres, and we've built everything from scrappy MVPs to platforms doing serious volume.

Here's how we actually work:

• You talk directly to the engineers writing your code. No account managers, no middle layer.
• Every Friday you get a Loom walkthrough of what shipped that week. No vague status updates.
• We work in weekly cycles, and we'll tell you when we think an idea is wrong. You can overrule us — but you'll know what we think.
• Our hours overlap with all of Europe, most of Asia, and US mornings.

We're picky about what we take on. We don't do WordPress sites, crypto projects, or work we can't be proud of. We'd rather say no than ship something mediocre with our name on it.
