The antidote to the status quo, OrgCode Consulting works with non-profits, government, private and non-governmental clients throughout the United States, Canada and Australia in the areas of human services, housing, planning, board development, program evaluation, research, and program design. We are the creators of the Service Prioritization Decision Assistance Tool (SPDAT) and associated derivatives that help assess and prioritize who should get supported by which types of interventions.

We are the creators of the Housing Forecast Model which uses a variety of variables to determine the types and affordability of housing required in the community over a ten year period. We believe in an outcome orientation to work rather than an output orientation to work. We champion change initiatives that see better results grounded in evidence. We are nerds with a hip and sometimes irreverent bent.
