ORDERNAU LDA

ORDERNAU is a Portuguese third-party logistics provider. We run our own warehouse in Odivelas, Greater Lisbon, and take over the whole physical side of an online store: goods receipt, storage, pick and pack, dispatch and returns.

Most of what leaves our warehouse is going to another European country. We ship across the EU with GLS, including customs handling for the United Kingdom, so a store selling into Spain, France, Germany or the Netherlands does not need its own carrier contract in every market. Inside Portugal we use VASP Expresso and CTT, and Madeira and the Azores go out on dedicated sea-freight services instead of being quoted as express, which is often what makes an island order worth taking at all.

Orders reach us automatically from Shopify, WooCommerce, OpenCart, Amazon, eBay, Vinted, or through our API. Where no off-the-shelf connector exists, we build it ourselves, on our own platform. Every parcel is tracked end to end and your customers are notified in Portuguese or English.

We were incorporated in 2024 and we are deliberately small: the person who answers your email is the person who knows where your stock is. We are set up for stores shipping anywhere from a few dozen to a few thousand orders a month, and we quote per proposal, once we have seen your real order profile: SKU count, volume, average parcel size and destination mix.
