Optimus Consulting is a UK AI and business transformation consultancy helping service SMEs adopt AI in a practical, operational way. Founded by Chris Latham, who brings 25 years of hands-on experience in motor claims, credit hire, insurance operations and service delivery, Optimus translates AI from hype into real workflow improvements.
We specialise in insurance brokers, motor claims and accident management firms, vehicle leasing and fleet, legal and claims businesses, and customer-service-led SMEs. Our work starts with how the business actually runs, not the technology.
Our approach is built on the SOS Framework (Strategy, Operations, Service) and a simple 3-Step AI Audit: identify the repetitive tasks, map the workflow, then introduce automation. We look for work that is Repetitive, Rules-based and Resource-intensive, the areas where AI delivers measurable returns fastest.
