I’m a professional 3D designer and founder of JuguemosYa.

For what projects/services did your company hire Optimum Technical Labs?

I hired Optimum Technical Labs to create the product from start to finish, including end-to-end design, development, and testing.

What were your goals for this project?

I came to Optimum Technical Labs with my initial concept for a sophisticated mobile app. It includes several complex features like messaging and real-time game updates. We needed a team who could perform flawless native app development and work with the Firebase platform.

How did you select this vendor?

I found Optimum Technical Labs on an online freelance community. I had planned on hiring a single freelancer, but they turned out to be a great team for what I needed.

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

Optimum Technical Labs provided everything I needed to complete my mobile app. After we finished the first step, creating in-app events, they continued to the full scope of work. They designed the flow and developed features like player profiles, notifications, a chat system, user management, and ratings. Other functionalities let users invite friends to or join an existing game.  After testing the product, they fixed all the software bugs and made any changes I requested. When something wasn’t working properly, they took the time to conduct thorough research and find a solution.

What was the team composition?

They assigned us both frontend and backend mobile app developers, and their CEO worked as our project manager.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Our project will be published soon, and I’m very excited about the launch. Optimum Technical Labs is made up of skilled developers who are continually improving as a team. They were exactly what I needed for my project.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

I was in constant contact with our project manager, Snehil (Founder and CEO, Optimum Technical Labs). We communicated via Skype, and I appreciated their responsivity. From start to finish, they regularly checked in on specific details of the scope. They modified development according to my comments. They offered excellent availability, rapid feedback, and consistent updates. 

Optimum Technical Labs has the best project management process I’ve seen. Their client-friendly method made me feel like I always had their complete attention. Even on weekends, they offered a very impressive level of support and commitment.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I’m most impressed by their flexibility. The team offered several options for how we could work together. I could contact them anytime I needed, and they regularly made great suggestions for improvement.  I genuinely feel like I can trust Optimum Technical Labs completely.

Are there any areas where they can improve?

There’d nothing I can think to suggest that needs improvement. Optimum Technical Labs is doing a great job across the board.
