Optimio

Optimio is a custom software studio based in Palma de Mallorca, Spain. We build the software a small or mid-sized business needs and can't buy off the shelf: an ERP or CRM shaped around how the company actually works, integrations between the tools it already uses, and automations that remove manual data entry.

You talk directly to the person who writes the code. Every project starts with a 30-minute call, then a written proposal with scope, phases and price, and is built in stages and tested with the client's real data. At handover the client gets the source code, the credentials and the documentation, with no per-user licences and no vendor lock-in.

We use AI only where it adds something; often a good rule is enough. When it does, we read documents (orders, delivery notes, invoices) with open models that can run entirely on the client's own machines, so no data leaves the company.

Recent work: a custom ERP for an importer in Barcelona, being built module by module, and an order-reading system for a manufacturer that also handles handwritten orders. Optimio's own invoices are issued by a VERI*FACTU-compliant system we built ourselves, live and accepted by the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT).

We serve Mallorca on site and the rest of Spain remotely.
