The technologies we focus on include software defined infrastructure, analytics, end to end network and applications performance management, access control and infrastructure management, security, and IT systems components. We coordinate resources available from our Partners and installation teams to meet customer expectations. We work as consultative resellers and become part of our clients Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) team often running proof of concept projects and then working with Project Managers to deploy systems worldwide. Our Professional Services offering includes design, installation, configuration and customization support on-site or remotely delivered. We also offer a 24X7 NOC support program or can place contracted technical staff.  We are categorized as a NJ Category 2 and 4 Small Business Enterprise and verified as a Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) by the Department of Veteran Affairs and we are on schedule to become certified with the National Veterans Business Development Council (NVBDC). We offer GSA pricing on a select group of IT Manufacturers under a GSA Schedule 70 contract. We work with private corporations as well as Government and Educational institutions.
