I am Administration head at Ethio-Tebib General Hospital. The hospital is a pioneer in the private hospitals in Ethiopia and is engaged in multi disciplinary health care services.

Our hospital hires Opanther Media Production & Design for video production and photography which is to be released through the broad cast and social media as a component of marketing.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for a video production company for our marketing. We got a recommendation from a person we trust; M/r Abdulwasi came to our hospital and showed a presentation about the profile of the company and the company's previous productions. We got impressed and trusted it; then put an agreement to work with.

We started by explaining what we have and where to go. The company understood our interest. After few days the company came up with a script, plan of action and production. After thorough discussion over the content, they proceed with the production and editing. What impressed me during the process was they work tirelessly and are open to accept comments and also do not hesitate to provide professional comments.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked with the manager. He was curious to learn and improve. He accepts comments and feedback positively.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We released the production through TV and radio channels. It was a very nice one and our hospital benefits from the Video and audio production.

The project manager was easy to communicate with, he relies to schedules set, he welcomes comments positively. Generally the crew is very nice, honest and professional.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They took time to learn the company. The current status, services provided and the vision. Provide useful professional advise and do the production to its best quality. They were enthusiastic about providing the best production to the customer.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I advise them to market themselves first. Such company should be known by all the business firms and the public at large so that they can get the opportunity for their services to be known and utilized.

To produce company all inclusive company profile to promote its banking service to foreigners.

Pursuant to the proposal by Marketing department decided to hire Opanther media as the only company has vast exposure to produce videos in foreign language

After broad discussion with the concerned departments, the media company prepared the script by organizing the required historic data and information about the Bank including the vision, mission, strategic directions, customer segmentations and success factors. They took two weeks to finalize the filming and production process

We work with the CEO and general manager of the company and gave him encouraging feedback for their incredible work which promotes the Bank worldwide.

we made national bid and then after competition Opanther media win the competition.

The main general of the project is to update the existing logo and develop Branding materials for TEDO in standard. some Specific Objective To accomplish the General objective key specific objectives of the TEDO’s communications strategy and associated tools are to:

• Develop the logo and Branding materials that represent the TEDO’s VMG and region.
• Create an easily recognized brand through use of a logo as well as other associated symbols and materials
• Update and develop the Logo and Branding materials that fulfil the standards.
• Create graphically affix the newly designed TEDO logo onto the Afaan Oromo, English, and Amharic versions
• Create and take advantage of joint communication initiatives with the community and partners
• Enhance any associated and necessary graphical to these products.
• Incorporate the newly developed logo and branding materials to the proposed website of the origination.
• Highlight TEDO’s activities and initiatives utilizing multi-media, multi-lingual resources which are tailored to all stakeholders or specific target groups as appropriate and
• Implement a monitoring and evaluation programme to assess the success of its communication initiatives.
