Oowlish helped build PetCoach from its idea stage. They were responsible for converting an idea into a tech product that would later by used by millions of pet owners. From inception until its exit to Petco they were the whole tech & product team.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

PetCoach quickly became the largest pet telehealth platform, with millions of monthly users and with great NPS ratings. It was later successfully acquired by Petco

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

We worked following an Agile methodology led by Oowlish Product Manager which allowed us to be constantly iterating and improving our product. Oowlish excelled at achieving consistently the goals of each sprint.

The engagement of their teams, being as part of our own. They truly cared about PetCoach and went above and beyond. Oowlish is an exceptional partner in so many ways. They truly get what's need to be done to build scalable tech products. The group of individuals working at Oowlish are also the very best i've ever worked with. Finally, they are very reasonably priced since they leverage top talent in Latam.
