I’m the senior marketing manager of ExamFX, an education company. We provide online exam preparation and continuing education courses for insurance and securities professionals. We offer comprehensive study solutions, intuitive technology, and performance-based training to help individuals and organizations achieve licensing and career success.

What challenge were you trying to address with Ontrac Solutions?

We needed help rebuilding our website on HubSpot to optimize it for conversion.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Ontrac Solutions has helped us rebuild our website on HubSpot. We’ve provided the content, strategy, and direction, and they’ve provided the actual build and technical solutions. Ontrac Solutions has also offered solutions to automate and bring efficiency to inefficient and time-wasting processes. They have also delivered a data dashboard in HubSpot to give us visibility into marketing performance. The team researched a scope of work to unite all marketing sources of data into one centralized location. Ontrac Solutions performs monthly data analysis for us and provides ad hoc website, graphic design, and HubSpot lifecycle marketing support. They continue to provide marketing consulting, HubSpot support, and graphic design support on a regular basis.

We started working with Ontrac Solutions in May 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Ontrac Solutions has been a thoughtful and strategic partner. Since our website launch, our conversion rate has increased by about 6% across the board. We continue to partner with Ontrac Solutions to optimize our website and roll out new features.

How did Ontrac Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

Ontrac Solutions is always available to us, and there’s rarely any lag time in communication. The team always delivers on time and quickly, with the ability to adjust what they’re working on based on business priorities and last-minute needs. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

Ontrac Solutions is a strategic and consultative partner for our business. They provide so much value in various parts of our business. They're an engrained teammate for our small marketing team. They add so much value that I can't imagine our work without their support!
