What challenge were you trying to address with Onestopcode?

We needed help with web design, SEO, ads, and branding.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Onestopcode built our website from scratch using custom WooCommerce. They also handled workshops, corporate bookings, gift cards, and bottles through one checkout. The team set up products with different sizes and pricing and optimized the site to be fast on phones. Onestopcode also worked on SEO to get our catalog into Google Shopping. Moreover, they set up the site so our team could update products without calling them. The team provided ongoing marketing services, including social media, email campaigns, paid ads, and branding.

How did you come to work with Onestopcode?

We found them through an online search and a referral. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, were close to our geographic location, had pricing that fit our budget, offered good value for the cost, and had company values that aligned with ours.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from January–September 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We used to take almost every workshop booking through Instagram DMs or over the phone. Now, around 80% of bookings come through the site on their own. Our organic traffic is up roughly 95% since the launch, and the full catalog is live in Google Shopping, which we had no presence in before. I can also add and update products myself now without calling anyone, which I couldn't do before.

How did Onestopcode perform from a project management standpoint?

Onestopcode always delivered on time. We communicated through in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I always spoke to the person actually building the site. There was no account manager passing messages along. When I asked for a change, they made it instead of adding it to a queue.Moreover, they said no to some of my requests. I asked for a few features that would have slowed the site down or complicated the checkout. Instead of building them and taking the money, Onestopcode explained why it was a bad idea and suggested something simpler. That wasn't what I expected from an agency.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Everything was done properly.
