They dive very deep into understanding the problem to provide the necessary solution to the client. The manager always remembers all tasks at work, those that were discussed at meetings 2 months ago, and knows at what stage they are) At the moment, we continue to cooperate in the mode of support and maintenance of the platform. OneSource helped us build the platform to hold all necessary funcitonalities. Admins of the platform now can create and edit education events, webinars, international and regional conferences, keep track of participants, get relevant notifications and generate attendance reports. They can grade users manually or automatically in the system. 

We particularly enjoyed the functionality of automatic video tracking which gives a post-factum grade to a user who watched 80% + of the video lecture. Executors (students) can add education events to their Google Calendars, watch recorded seminars and get grades. They can also create their own events, outside APEU, so that the admin can view and assess them separately.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have only started using the platform but so far it has been working very stably. We already notice that it helps us organise our work better and more efficiently, and we are excited to see what our users will think of this new platform. We are expecting our education work to become much simpler and more convenient with the help of this new web app.

In general, we are happy with their work. It would be even better if they updated us more often on the improvements and updates implemented throughout the project, but that’s a minor detail. That may be simply because they work quite independently and want to lessen the load of worry for us as their client.
