Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We’re thrilled and proud of our new website. We’ve received positive feedback every day about the features, the intuitive UI, and the visual design.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

They used Basecamp to walk us through each step of the process. Their collaboration tools allowed us to work alongside their team members to ensure that everyone was on the same page and on track to meet goals. We worked with their skilled employees to solve issues and they understood that we needed to meet a nonprofit budget. Their developers and support staff are extremely responsive when we need help or an issue addressed.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They understand the constraints that a nonprofit works under, including budgetary and staffing limitations. Their background in nonprofit work and their passion make them a fantastic partner because they’ve been in our shoes before.

OneEach Technologies has been using existing templates to decrease our manual work and provide an opportunity for our community members to use our website to learn more about our organization.OneEach Technologies has created a golf outing event page and registration form. The team has also helped me with a recent snow sculpture event we did in our community to encourage people to get outside in the winter. OneEach Technologies has created a submission and voting page for our “people’s choice” award. The team has also helped me establish our car seat and community event forms.

OneEach Technologies has completed the event page for our golf outing. Our community has been really receptive to our updated website.

OneEach Technologies’ project management is great. We communicate through virtual meetings.

OneEach Technologies’ teammate has been amazing. She is always willing to answer my questions and walk me through things. I’m so grateful to have her as an authority to lean on when I need to update our website. She really understands our mission and struggles. She is always willing to help, and they have so many things already built that it’s easy for them to pull a template.

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on. I’m so happy with OneEach Technologies. I’ve recommended them to other organizations.

We partnered with OneEach Technologies to expand on this effort through a special project focused on building out all areas of our website. Our primary objectives were to strengthen our SEO, enhance UX, and ensure our community-facing information was accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with the refreshed United Way brand.

The measurable outcomes from our project with OneEach Technologies have included a significant improvement in website performance, accessibility, and search visibility. Following the rebuild, we’ve seen higher user engagement metrics such as increased page views, longer average session duration, and reduced bounce rates. 
Our SEO rankings have improved across key community-related search terms, helping us reach a broader audience and drive more visitors to our partner and campaign pages. Additionally, the streamlined CMS has allowed our internal team to update pages more efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate communication with the community.

Following our website redevelopment project with OneEach Technologies, we’ve observed measurable improvements in digital engagement. From May–October 2025, our Google Business Profile recorded 7,928 total views, with the majority of users discovering us through Google Search on mobile (68%)—a strong indicator of improved SEO visibility and mobile performance. 
During this same period, our website received 1,768 direct clicks from our Business Profile, showing an increase in user interest and conversion from search to site engagement. These metrics demonstrate stronger community reach, improved accessibility, and a more user-friendly digital presence aligned with the United Way Worldwide brand refresh.

The new CMS implemented by OneEach Technologies has resulted in notable internal efficiency improvements. Our team has experienced a reduction in time spent on content updates, as pages can now be edited and published directly within a streamlined interface rather than through complex manual coding or external support. 
Technical issues, such as broken links or formatting errors, have decreased significantly, allowing staff to focus more on program and campaign initiatives rather than website maintenance. Overall, the system has enabled faster turnaround on updates, more consistent content presentation, and greater operational autonomy for our communications team.

OneEach Technologies has demonstrated excellent project management throughout the website redevelopment. Chrissy’s attention to detail and collaborative approach have made a significant difference. She has worked closely with me at every stage, listening to our goals, providing thoughtful guidance, and ensuring our feedback has been incorporated seamlessly. What has stood out most about working with OneEach Technologies has been their flexibility and adaptability. Chrissy, in particular, has been remarkable in her kindness and patience, gracefully navigating our often-chaotic schedules and shifting priorities. Their ability to adjust to our changing landscape while keeping the project on track has made the experience not only productive but genuinely enjoyable.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, our experience with OneEach Technologies has been excellent, and the project has exceeded expectations. If there’s one area for potential improvement, it might be providing a slightly more detailed timeline at the outset to help our internal team coordinate feedback more efficiently. However, Chrissy has always been responsive and proactive in managing adjustments, ensuring the project stays on track and that our evolving needs are met seamlessly.
