I am currently associated with Arturo Digital. We deal in all kinds of graphic and web design solutions. Not only this, we also cater to clients who are looking for web n app design and development. All in all we are a 360 Digital Agency.

For what projects/services did your company hire One Content Pro?

We wanted to reach out to customers specifically startups and young business owners who were looking to engage in business development activities post covid-19. We hired One Content Pro to help us devise a content strategy where we could create Awareness about the business industry post covid 19 and how to leverage the gap.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Since I was assigned to execute this task, I was doing my online search for Content Writers and Marketing experts who could assist us in launching the Awareness campaign. I came across their website via google search, where they were offering content writing solutions at an affordable price.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

My project was majorly focused on creating awareness about the business industry post covid, and my target market was Startups and Young Business Owners. To start off with, I was assigned an account manager who took the brief and clearly understood my requirements.

Later a team of writers started working under the supervision of account manager and results were delivered. Everyone engaged in this activity was connected with the main goal of raising awareness amongst my selected target market and all the content which was written was exactly doing that.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I was in touch with the assigned account manager, and used to have weekly meetings where he would present project progress. For SEO part, I am still in talks with them.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Activity performed by the OCP team has definitely made it worth while. Organic traffic on our website has increased and we had few conversions where we offered clients our digital agency services. Although, they have recommended that I should take up their SEO Service which will further boost my rankings and add to current organic traffic

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Since I was the only one communicating with the assigned account manager, it was not much of a tedious job. If asked, I would definitely love to work with them again.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

To be honest, it was the price that made me choose them. They have a team of writers and freelancers from different parts of the world. That makes it easier for me to unload all my content requirements and expect them to deliver the same. Earlier we did have issues, but since I made my expectations very clear, they didn't let me down after that.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They really need to work on their reporting structure. Although they deliver everything as promised, but the presentation of the deliverables can be made much better. A simple dashboard where I can download my documents would have made it much easier, but they communicated and shared all the documents via email.
