We’re especially interested in projects that give us room to concept, collaborate, and create something distinctive—not just execute a shot list. That includes integrated still + motion campaigns, product and food work with strong art direction, lifestyle and beauty, conceptual studio builds, and projects that involve styling, prop design, custom sets, or interesting lighting challenges. Our team works across photography, videography, styling, set design, and lighting, so projects that let those disciplines overlap are a particularly good fit. Ultimately, we’re drawn to brands and agencies that want a creative production partner—someone who can help take an idea, push it further, and figure out how to make it happen.

Our onboarding process is designed to be collaborative, straightforward, and tailored to the project. We start by learning about the brand, the creative goals, deliverables, usage, timeline, and budget so we understand what success looks like. From there, our team develops a production approach—including the creative and technical needs, talent, locations, styling, sets, and other production considerations. We then provide a clear plan, timeline, and quote before moving forward. Once aligned, we stay closely connected through pre-production, shoot day, and post-production. Because OMS can handle photography, video, retouching, talent, locations, and production, we’re able to keep the process streamlined and give clients one team to work with from start to finish.

We work with multiple clients at a time, but we’re intentional about balancing our schedule so every project gets the attention it deserves. Rather than working toward a fixed number of clients, we plan around each project’s scope, production needs, and timeline. Our team and studio structure allow us to manage projects simultaneously while still giving clients a hands-on, collaborative experience from pre-production through final delivery.

We take data privacy, security, and applicable regulatory requirements seriously. Compliance needs are evaluated on a project-by-project basis, since requirements such as GDPR or HIPAA depend on the client, the type of information involved, and how that information is collected, processed, stored, or shared. For projects with specific legal, privacy, or security requirements, we work with the client to identify those requirements upfront and determine the appropriate processes before production begins.

Turnaround time varies depending on the scope, deliverables, and level of post-production involved. Rather than applying one standard timeline to every job, we build a schedule around each project and establish key production and delivery dates upfront. Once we receive the brief, we provide a clear plan, timeline, and quote, so expectations are aligned before production begins. If a project has a tight deadline, we’re also happy to discuss what’s possible and build the production schedule around the client’s needs.
