OLBO is a small web studio in Lviv, Ukraine, founded by Bohdan Khomyn — a journalist and publisher with more than 20 years of experience in Ukrainian media and a member of the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine. He also writes fiction under the pen name Nazar Kolodiy.
We build fast, secure websites and help existing sites become clearer, safer and easier to use.
What we do:
- Accessibility audits against WCAG 2.1 AA and EN 301 549 (European Accessibility Act), with a remediation guide for your developer and a re-check after the fixes.
- Website speed audits: what slows your site down and how your developer can fix it.
- AI search visibility audits: whether ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews can read your site and cite it.
- Website development: fast static websites with Ukrainian and English versions. Built with AI, checked by people; the code belongs to the client.
- For Ukrainian companies: OPSEC reviews for defence manufacturers and language checks of Ukrainian and English copy.
How we work: remotely, and audits need no access to your site. We prepare reports and exact instructions, and your developer makes the changes. A short brief first, then a fixed price and deadline, all agreed in writing.

Our Story
OLBO started in 2026 in Lviv, during the war. Our founder spent more than 20 years in Ukrainian publishing, where every word is checked before it goes to print. We bring the same habit to websites: we check what people actually see and hear on a page, including people who use screen readers. We believe a good website is fast, honest and usable by everyone, and that clients should own their code and understand every change we suggest.
