I am the BDO of Paysenger

Describe what your company does in a single sentence.

Paysenger is a revolutionary collaboration platform for content creators, fans, and brands, bringing together the best tools for content monetization and audience engagement. Paysenger uses state-of-the-art technology as well as proprietary AI developed in collaboration with Sureel.io led by Dr. Tamay Aykut (Ph.D. in Ai) previously v.a. Prof @ Stanford. 

On the platform, users can send authors paid requests for exclusive content, tips, or expert opinions as well as consume paid content on a subscription basis. Paysenger expands the paid creator audience by allowing users to support creators and commission their content with EGO tokens that can be earned by completing tasks on the platform.

OIS Solutions has been our provider for Web3 development services. The scope of work included: 

• Development of the ERC-20 token for Paysenger. 
• Development of the minting system for ERC-721. 
• Development of the reward distribution system across Paysenger users. 
• Implementation of the cross-chain mechanism powered by Axelar into the ERC-20 and ERC-721 tokens. 
• Development of the Vesting and Staking smart contracts. 
• Development of the NFT marketplace smart contracts backbone. 
• Development of the personal dashboard for the participants of Token Sales. 
• Ongoing support with Web3 and Web2 integration. 
• Maintenance of the Web3 part, including smart contract deployments and modifications.

This would have helped ensure alignment and avoid any potential misunderstandings during the development process. 
• Proactive suggestions for enhancements: While OIS Solutions was responsive to our needs, there could have been more proactive suggestions or recommendations for additional features or enhancements that could have further improved our project. Proactive brainstorming and offering insights beyond the initial scope could have added even more value to the collaboration. 
• Documentation and knowledge transfer: It would have been beneficial to have more comprehensive documentation and knowledge transfer sessions at the conclusion of the project.

This would have facilitated easier onboarding and troubleshooting, allowing us to independently handle certain aspects of the developed solution.
