Offshore1st

Offshore1st places dedicated, full-time offshore staff in India for companies in the US, UK, Australia and the Gulf. Each person works only for one client, 160+ hours a month, inside that client's team, tools and working hours. The client interviews every candidate and directs the day-to-day work. Offshore1st employs, equips and manages them from its delivery centre in HITEC City, Hyderabad.

What we staff: 100+ technologies and functions, including Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, AWS, data engineering, AI/ML, web and mobile development, design, digital marketing, accounting and business support. We also build Global Capability Centers (GCCs) for companies that want their own presence in India.

How it works: a 4-stage vetting process passes about 1 in 12 applicants. You receive 3–5 matched profiles within 48 hours, and first hires typically start in under 10 days. Retention is 92%, and there is a free replacement within the first two weeks.

Pricing is all-inclusive per person per month (salary, benefits, office, equipment, software licences and management): Junior US$1,800–2,500, Mid-level US$2,500–3,500, Senior US$3,500–5,000, Architect/Lead US$5,000–7,000. No placement fee and no long-term contract.

Security: individual NDAs, full IP assignment to the client, company-managed encrypted devices, VPN and MFA, and biometric office access. Our controls are aligned with ISO 27001 and SOC 2; Offshore1st is not certified.
