Offshore helped in implementing a user-friendly POS system presents challenges such as staff adoption, system integration, customization, interface design, scalability, data security, and technical support, also the implementation of digital wallet that allow customers to earn loyalty points in one place, promoting customer retention.

Their project management was excellent, providing feedback, updates and delivering the POS system on time. They were responsive to our needs regarding Digital Wallets and were always willing to provide additional feedback.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What we found impressive about Offshore was the ability to implement a digital wallet that could share Customer's points with family and friends, making the process more social. Customers could top-up their wallets and order online, enabling them to save time and skip the long queues at the shop.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Offshore Development Center (ODC) could have done differently?

I could not think of anything Offshore could have done differently. They provided an excellent customer service and delivered quality results.

The digital wallet's loyalty program promoted customer retention, attracting more customers and encouraging existing ones to return, enabling us to make informed decisions about the business's future.

The digital wallet allowed our customers to earn loyalty points in one place, promoting customer retention, our customers can now exchange points in the wallet marketplace or at the shop. 

Additionally, our customers can also share their points with family and friends, making the process more social and Customers could top-up their wallets and order online, enabling them to save time and skip the long queues at the shop. The POS system made inventory management more manageable, reducing the time and resources needed to update the system.

They addressed our project by implementing a user-friendly inventory management, they came up with bright ideas and solutions that could also aid our business in the future. The team patiently listened and responded to all our problems with the best and adequate solutions. The delivered faster then we expected coupled with effective and visible service resuls.
