Our Story
Oddly Possible was founded by Hayley and Karl Wardle, bringing together two very different perspectives. Hayley combines CEO and consultancy experience with expertise in strategy, leadership, organisational development, social impact and complex systems. Karl specialises in behaviour, human potential and performance. Both bring powerful lived experience alongside professional expertise, creating a distinctive approach to people, organisations and change.
