I'm the owner of Formula Export, an automotive importer based in Kosovo. We specialize in the strategic sourcing and delivery of everything from everyday cars to luxury supercars directly from South Korea and the UAE (Dubai) to buyers across Europe.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Octoweb?

We needed help developing a complete brand identity for our company, including logo creation, a high-performance modern website, and a comprehensive social media presence. Our objective was to establish a credible, premium market position in the European automotive import sector.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Octoweb managed the full scope of our brand creation and digital launch, delivering three core assets: a complete brand identity (logo and visual guidelines), a lightning-fast modern website, and a fully built-out social media presence. All deliverables were executed within two months and resulted in exceptional audience growth.

Regarding the website and social media deliverables, Octoweb delivered a complete custom website (UI/UX, front-end, back-end, mobile optimization), all social media visual assets, and an initial strategy. A critical technical deliverable was the API integration connecting us to Korean dealership networks, giving us live access to 500,000–1,000,000 vehicles. However, they didn't write copy, supply images, or handle ongoing social management. All core business operations — sourcing, sales, logistics, and import — remain with Formula Export.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Within two months of launch, Octoweb delivered explosive organic social growth, dual API integrations feeding us 500,000–1,000,000 live vehicles from both Korean and UAE (Dubai) dealerships, exceptional website speed, and a steady flow of buyer inquiries from across Europe. The brand went from zero to fully operational and market-credible in under 60 days.Specifically, we got 10,000 organic social media followers (from zero) and 19 buyer inquiries within the first two months after launch. All of this was achieved organically, with no paid advertising.

Octoweb's project management was perfect. We mainly communicated through virtual meetings and emails or messaging apps.
