Helping us improve our salesforce processes/environment. Improving our pickup process by:

• ensuring the email templates get personalized information imported into them from various Salesforce objects 
• implementing a digital inventory list into our email templates AWS implementations specifically for use with Salesforce
• To ensure that the two programs run seamlessly with each other 
• To ensure that the customer feels like they are being dialed from a local number (connecting Salesforce fields to specific phone numbers) 
• Data connections and support 
• Connecting AWS data to Looker studio for reporting purposes

• The pickup process flow worked with the various new inputs and improvements
• If the customers were being dialed from the correct number
• If dates in the reporting weren't missing and matched the incoming data from AWS

Well organized and always willing to help even when there was scope creep. For the most part, the projects were delivered on time. When they were struggling to complete the project, they always kept us up to date with progress.

For some parts, it is quite confusing to understand who on the team you need to deal with for different projects.

Availability and flexibility. Octavebytes are willing to work with and support products that have already been built. Other companies I spoke to tried to steer the conversation into a complete rebuild using techniques they were more familiar with, which seemed to be very self serving
