We wanted to build a product that both users and advisors could access with ease. We needed a banking system for users & IC. We needed communication using text, audio, or video. We needed an admin the could track app and give varying reports for export. We needed a product that looked amazing. The product was made for IOS and Android.

I personally called and interviewed several app developers in the US and abroad. Octal It Solutions understood my product, vision and had a concrete plan to build within the day. They were professional and helpful and had fair pricing. They were professional.

Once we agreed upon project, time duration, and cost, we revamped SRS and began working on design, flow, strategy, development, and content. We would have daily contact going through each phase of the project and collaborating. The team was helpful in guiding and giving their expertise. The team worked with outside banking system to collaborate to put into the app. We needed solutions for various phases, and their team was able to find them. Admin was build and updated based on our growing needs.
What was the team composition?
Their team consisted of an initial person that provided SRS and quote. I worked with a project manager and team that consisted of persons for android/IOS and web development. There was always one person who was the point of contact that discussed the project with the team and then spoke with me. I worked with the same team from the start of the project until the end. I still work with them for app updates/enhancements.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
After three months of the app launch, we have had over 2,500 downloads and 5-star reviews. Users like the look and feel of the app. I am very happy with the look and ease of use from the app.

It was very easy to talk to the team. We spoke daily via text Skype. The team would discuss feedback daily and review our feedback via emails. Octal IT Solutions is in India, and I was in the US. There is a time difference, but I got used to working first thing in the a.m., and they'd do revisions during my night, so I'd have them the next morning.
