Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

WE have a complex WP network, the main site being a Woocommerce Multi Language online learning platform with many plug-ins, the front end being entirely built with Elementor. 

Page load times were very slow, especially time to first byte, 

The task was to significantly reduce loading times. 

This included moving the entire network to a new server on Digital Oceans, implementing server side cache, as well as Clouldflare APO. Perfmatters is used for JS delay/defer, lazy loading, CSS optimisation and script manager. Additianlly we receiived a custom solution for backups and one button creation of staging environment for the entire WP network. The entire multisite was optimised.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Page load times for primary pages reduced from 7+ seconds to under 3 seconds (cached) and improved non-cached performance. Reliable back up solution, and one-click staging environment creation. 

Successful migration to DigitalOcean with clean DNS cutover and minimal disruption to end users.

Seamless operation of key business functionalities: course access, e-commerce checkout, and multi-currency switching.

Significant reduction in server load, improved uptime, and stability post-launch.

Fast resolution of post-launch technical issues and client satisfaction with ongoing support.
